Back on May 5, 2007, when we put our very first blog entry online, I commented that Cornerstone’s current home — a rented gymnasium at Hagemann Elementary School — was serving us well, but that we were in the process of becoming landowners, and would one day have a church building of our own.

Well, a few months ago we got one step closer to that goal.

Cornerstone now owns around three and a half acres of land on Butler Hill Road, in between I–55 and Tesson Ferry.  Someday we’ll have a home there from which to conduct our ministry to this community in the name of the risen Christ. 

Praise God for the generosity of his people!  May he make us ever more fruitful in ministry, no matter where we meet to delight in his presence and revel in his Word!
